Qurbani with Al-Karim Foundation
As Eid ul-Adha approaches, we are pleased to offer you a qurbani facility; qurbani is wajib (obligatory) on all adult males and females and one may also offer qurbani for the deceased.
PLEASE CONSIDER US
There will be various qurbani options open to you this year, but please consider entrusting Al-Karim Foundation to fulfil your obligation. We have sourced and secured a limited number of goats and cows for qurbani in Pakistan and Bangladesh where the meat will be distributed locally.
QURBANI BENEFICIARIES
The qurbani meat will be divided and distributed immediately following qurbani to identified beneficiaries. These will include families where the wage earner is incapacitated through cancer and there is no other means of support. As a result, a severe hardship prevails for the whole family and those whom we support endure a level of destitution and despair which is beyond the experience and comprehension of most people in the UK (or the West).
COST OF QURBANI
The cost of a prescribed size goat is £70 and the cost of a (one-seventh) share in a cow is £35. Our prices are competitive when compared with those on offer via other UK based NGOs; you may also be aware that approved and compliant animals (specifically in terms of size, age and health) command a premium, especially in the run-up to Eid ul-Adha.
Additionally, if you qualify for gift-aid, then a proportion of the gift-aid recovered will also be used to provide further provisions to the beneficiary families.
A feedback report will be dispatched to you following your qurbani(s).

OUR UNIQUE POLICY ON GIFT AID
Al-Karim Foundation is expensed and administered by a team of trustees and committed volunteers.
